No MOQ! We’re pin factory direct, Free Artwork!
Standard production time is 10-15 days for normal pins, with shipping times depending on your location. Rush orders are available. And for complex fantasy pins, One month for enamel+print sample, three months for mass-production
We ship worldwide, including North America, Europe, and Asia.
Minor changes can be made before production starts, but major revisions may incur additional costs.

Once your order ships, we provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.
Yes, we recommend getting a sample for approval before proceeding with the full order. There’s usually a sample fee, which can be deducted from the final order.
We accept PayPal and bank transfers. You can pay 50% upfront and 50% before shipping, for small pins we need full payment is required before production begins.
We use Pantone Color System matching to make sure your design matches the colors you’ve specified. You can also download a digital Pantone color book for your reference.

We accept returns or offer refunds if there are any quality issues with the pins. Please contact us within a few days of receiving your order.
Pins are individually packaged in polybags, pvc bag, bubble bags etc by default. Custom packaging options like velvet boxes are available upon request.
Free artwork. Our in-house design team is available to help you create the perfect pin at no extra charge.
Yes, we keep your design files and molds on record for future reorders in 3 years, and there’s usually no need for additional setup fees.
Yes, discounts apply for bulk orders of over 1,000 pieces, and we waive setup fees for very large quantities.
